Build Taxonomy Policies

Steps:

1. Create/build taxonomies based on the data governance requirements

2. Give appropriate permissions to the user/service account. Refer to Column Level Access Documentation for more information on building taxonomies

3. Download the taxonomies as a json file for upload to the data cataloging agent
